Walmart needs to show proof within 30 days that the appropriate staff in the Deli, Bakery and Butcher areas have sufficient certified food handlers on duty at all times. Please either get staff signed up for the certified food handler class or fax/mail copies of certified food handler certificates of staff that work in the above mentioned areas. 30 Days
